Amphibipod Returns Policy 

Magnets: Some times in the casing the magnets can get rotated in transit! This can cause the hold to appear weak. Giving them a tap onto a hard surface or a shake will help free the magnet to the correct way and give you the strong hold!

Returns : If you decide you're not happy with the products received please drop us a message to help resolve any problems you may have. Please inform us of any issues within 48 hours of receiving. 

Please note- No refund will be given until products are returned in the same condition they arrived in within 20 days of receiving. After 20 days we will not issue a refund. Thank you. 

Postage: We offer royal mail for all our small parcels( 1st or 2nd class options) For our larger orders we may opt to use DPD to keep the cost of postage down for you. We send tracking for all orders if available. Once orders are in transit the timeframe for delivery is out of our hands but we will do our best to slert you to any possible delays due to the postal system.
